Can I change or cancel a booking?

Changing the date of your booking:

  • If you notify your centre more than 7 days in advance, our team will try to find an alternative date with you for your SENSAS experience.
  • However, if we are unable to fill the place you have freed up, your €56 deposit will be charged.

Changing the number of participants:

  • If one or more participants who were originally expected do not come on the day, we will adjust the number of participants. You will only pay for the people who actually took part in the experience, with a minimum of 4 participants. The same applies if you come with more participants, within the maximum capacity of the experience.

Cancelling a booking:

  • Cancellations are not possible. If you do not come on the scheduled date, your €56 deposit will be charged.
