Beyond the thrill, SENSAS Brussels wants to change how people see visual impairment. Deprived of sight, the sense you rely on most, you’ll better understand the daily life of blind and partially sighted people: each workshop puts a single sense to the test, for total immersion.

SENSAS Brussels blends entertainment, awareness and commitment into one civic-minded experience, in support of a local association. Throughout the course, collect as many amulets as you can by completing challenges: they’re then converted into donations for our partner, Eqla, which supports blind and visually impaired people.

Can I organize my child’s birthday party?

For the enjoyment of children, we have created a special experience that allows us to welcome groups of children for birthday parties. Here is all the information you need to know:

Minimum age
7 years old

Prices
Children:
€22 on weekdays / €24 on weekends
Teenagers:
€23 on weekdays / €25 on weekends

Number of participants
From 4 to 15 children. However, we recommend avoiding groups that are too large so that every child can fully enjoy the experience. Ideal: 4 to 10 children.

Dress code
Please wear comfortable, casual clothing. The experience will be done in socks!

Who accompanies the children?

An instructor will supervise the group remotely using a microphone and infrared camera. For children under 12, we ask that you provide a parent to accompany them during the game, who can guide and reassure them. From 8 children onwards, the accompanying parent benefits from a half-price ticket (€14).

Is it possible to organize a birthday snack?

We bieden momenteel een verjaardagsformule aan voor €30 per kind, inclusief de SENSAS-ervaring en een snack met snoep, drankjes en servies.

How can I book?

We invite you to book online on our website by clicking here. You can check availability in real time, as the schedule is updated instantly. Simply choose the date and time of the experience you wish to book. A fixed deposit of €56 will be required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance to be paid on site. Please specify any food allergies the children may have when making your booking, as we have a taste workshop. If you don't know about the allergies at the time of booking, don't worry — you can let us know when you arrive.

Standard rate: €22 incl. VAT per child
Discounted rate from 30 children: €20 incl. VAT per child
(valid on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays outside school holidays)

Can I change the number of participants after making a booking?

Absolutely! On the day of your visit, you can increase or decrease the number of participants, with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 15 players per session.

On site, you will pay the remaining balance based on the actual number of participants.

In all cases, you must have a minimum of 4 players to participate, and you will need to pay a €56 deposit when booking online.

Is SENSAS suitable for pregnant women?

There are no contraindications for pregnant women! Please let us know when making your booking, in the “special dietary requirements” section, or simply during the briefing (15 minutes before entering the experience), and we will adapt the experience accordingly.

Are there any living creatures in the experience?

We can't answer that question… you'll have to try the experience to find out! All we can tell you is that our happy SENSAS customers often compare us to Fort Boyard :-)

If I’m claustrophobic / afraid of the dark, is SENSAS right for me?

None of the doors are ever locked. You can leave the experience at any time if you start feeling uncomfortable. Our team is there to look after you! But don't worry, many claustrophobic people have taken part in the experience and everything went very well for them. You'll leave with a smile, guaranteed!

The experience takes place in almost complete darkness 80% of the time, but don't worry: some rooms will always be lit, and you can stay there if you feel too scared. The goal is, of course, to overcome your fears… and enjoy an even greater sense of achievement at the end.
